A Consulting Hypnotist uses hypnosis to assist people to achieve their goals.

Hypnosis is a familiar and very natural state of consciousness most everyone experiences on a regular basis, such as in those moments just before falling asleep, while watching TV, or while sitting entranced in front of the fireplace.

According to The Concise Columbia Encyclopedia:“Hypnosis is a state of consciousness characterized by focused concentration, similar to that experienced when daydreaming or concentrating and oblivious to distraction.

It allows access to the highly suggestible subconscious mind by quieting the conscious mind. Research has shown electrical changes in the brain during hypnosis; the brain waves of a hypnotized person are usually different from those of a person in the normal waking state. Most people can be hypnotized, although the ability varies from person to person. Techniques vary but usually involve deep relaxation accompanied by the focusing of the mind.”

About our Easy Key to Life Release Method

We use the Easy Key to Life release method, which is a simple, yet profound, way of clearing out emotional pain to access one’s true love, happiness and wisdom.

With this method, people have been able to stop smoking in 1 to 3 sessions, lose weight, clear clutter, reduce anxiety, improve their career and many, many other improvements in their lives.

In the Easy Key to Life Method, we look at the many drivers of negative behavior, such as emotions, habits, beliefs, saboteurs, and brain chemistry.

Then when a client metaphorically releases or removes the negative stuck emotions, habits, beliefs, or saboteurs, what is then accessible is love, happiness, and wisdom. Balancing and supporting the brain chemistry with excellent nutrition also supports this process, and with some people, may be the most important ingredient.

In the more modern types of hypnosis such as Interactive Hypnosis, “feeling hypnotized” is not the indication of success or failure. The older versions of hypnosis often do require a deep level of hypnosis (‘theta’), which is much harder to achieve in your first session. Interactive Hypnosis actually needs you to be in the light ‘alpha’ state, which is similar to daydreaming.

Hypnosis Myths

There are many myths about hypnosis, mostly from movies, TV and stage hypnosis.

Here is what IS TRUE: A hypnotist can’t control another person. The client will be awake and aware during the hypnosis, and will remember the session just like he or she remembers anything else.

Almost everyone can be hypnotized especially with the Easy Key to Life™ method, as everyone goes to sleep and wakes up each day (hypnosis is the state in between being awake and asleep).

You can’t get “stuck” in hypnosis any more than you can get stuck sleeping or being awake. And of course, a consulting hypnotist’s goal is to help the client, and would never try to make the client do silly things like quack like a duck!
